OSHA Recordkeeping: One Step at a Time

Objective:
This workshop focuses on injury and illness recordkeeping, providing information on how to accurately determine the work-relatedness of a case and enter it on OSHA Forms 301, 300 and 300A. In addition, the workshop includes activities, such as classifying injuries and illnesses from investigation documentation, calculating days away from work, and resolving common entry errors for OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
Pre-Requisites:
This workshop is beneficial to personnel wanting to learn more about accurately documenting injuries and illnesses on OSHA Forms 300 and 300A. Attendees should have a basic working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping regulations prior to this workshop. Personnel gaining the most benefit from this presentation may include:
