Course Title: Supercharge Employee Participation Efforts in Your SMS

Objective: This webinar focuses on identifying safety management system (SMS) participation activities for all levels of personnel at your organization. This webinar provides information on some of the best examples of employee participation, including the SMS passport, which is a successful employee involvement activity at many worksites. In addition, this webinar discusses the promotion of employee involvement activities and how to persuade reluctant employees to become more involved.

Pre-Requisites: This presentation is beneficial to personnel wanting to learn more about employee involvement opportunities in an SMS and promoting involvement efforts. Attendees should have an intermediate understanding of SMS implementation in general, and the importance of employee participation to the successful implementation of an SMS, prior to this webinar.
