Course Title: Open Your Eyes: All You Wanted to Know about Safety Signage

Course Type: Webinars

Objective: The webinar focuses on safety signage in the workplace. The webinar discusses the different types of safety signs and their requirements. In addition, the webinar provides information on the dos and don’ts of using safety signage to support hazard analyses and convey safety hazards.

Pre-Requisites: This presentation is beneficial to personnel wanting to learn more about safety sign requirements. Attendees should have a basic understanding of using signs to convey hazards prior to this webinar. Personnel gaining the most benefit from this presentation may include: • Safety representatives • Safety committee members • Project leads • Supervisors • Safety inspection teams This webinar does not go into details for transportation-related signage (i.e., Department of Transportation), but covers the most commonly used signs in the workplace.
